Message from John Bourne and Tom Weir
When we started Bourne & Weir over 35 years ago, we set out to offer something different—real expertise, grounded in strong personal relationships. That still guides us today.
We meet our clients’ financial needs wherever they are and help them move forward with clarity and confidence. Through every stage, we stay focused on what matters most: thoughtful guidance, sound judgement, and advice shaped to fit the people and businesses we work with.
As our clients grow, so do we—with Virtual CFO services now part of how we guide long-term planning and financial leadership.
